2. Orders & Acceptance

- Orders are subject to confirmation by JIFK before processing.
- Custom-made items (such as badges, braids, cords, or insignia) require detailed specifications from the client. Once confirmed, these cannot be altered or canceled.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are provided in quotations and are valid only for the duration stated.
- Payments must be made according to agreed terms (advance, partial, or full payment).
- Any delay in payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the order.
- Additional charges (such as shipping, customs, or duties) are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
4. Production & Delivery
- Lead times vary depending on order volume and customization requirements.
- JIFK is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as customs clearance, shipping interruptions, or natural events.
- Risk of goods transfers to the buyer once the order has been shipped or handed over to the courier/freight forwarder.
5. Quality & Compliance
- As a military braid trim manufacturer and supplier of uniform accessories, JIFK ensures that all products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
- Any issues must be reported in writing within 7 business days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
- Variations in color shades, materials, or finishes may occur due to production methods but will remain within industry-accepted tolerances.
6. Returns & Replacements
- Returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect shipments, subject to prior approval.
- Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable.
- Approved replacements or refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
7. Intellectual Property
- All designs, images, and content on the JIFK website are the intellectual property of JIFK.
- Clients providing custom designs, logos, or insignia confirm that they hold the rights to use them. JIFK is not liable for any intellectual property disputes arising from client-provided materials.
8. Limitation of Liability
- JIFK is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delays, product use, or third-party handling.
- Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
9. Governing Law
